A:  Lots are available now and are going quickly.  Please contact Megan at (303) 902-6613 to learn which homesites and plans are available.

A:  Most lots are reserved exclusively for Northstar Custom Homes.  A few lots are owned by other builders who have already been approved by Arrowpoint Estates.  No other builders will be permitted in the neighborhood.

A:  Northstar Custom Homes has many plans to choose from and will make suggestions from our plan library based on the buyer’s needs and budget.  Buyers who want to start from scratch on the design of their home can surely do so as well!

A:  Each home will have its own well and septic system.  When you build with Northstar Custom Homes, the costs of these items are included with your home price.

A:  Yes, Black Hills Energy will provide natural gas for the community and Core Energy will provide electricity.

A:  Yes, Comcast will provide high speed internet so residents can easily work from the comfort home.

A:  Arrowpoint Estates will have its own HOA.  Dues will be $170 per month and will cover gate maintenance, snow removal and trash / recycling services.  There will not be a Metro District.
